You've been invited to participate in a Virtual Career Fair.

Don't worry, it's not too different from a regular career fair. To learn the basics, please watch this video:

Digital Booths

Just like at a regular fair, you'll be provided with a booth, except it's digital. You can personalize your booth with an icon, a title, and a description. On the day of the actual fair, attendees will be able to browse the various booths through a webpage.

Booking

At regular career fairs, attendees come to your booth and have a 1-on-1 discussion with a recruiter, usually lasting between 5-10 minutes. In similar fashion, virtual career fairs entail 5-10 minute calls between recruiters and attendees, except online. To facilitate the process, we break down the fair into 3 stages.

Pre-Booking

Before the event, you'll receive access to your booth via an email from the event admin. Once you're in, you'll be required to do 3 basic things.

1) Personalize your booth

2) Set up your available 1-on-1 sessions

3) Create any group sessions if you'd like

Booking

Then, when booking opens up, attendees will create their own accounts and make reservations with booths they're interested in. You can see names and resumes of the attendees who sign up for your booth.

Fair

On the day of the fair, you access your booth's video room link. Once inside, all you have to do is wait, and attendees will come in and out based on the times they reserved.
